Job Description
Quality Assurance Technician (1st and 2nd Shift) is responsible for ensuring raw product meets specification prior to being processed. The role requires monitoring and documenting HACCP and SSOPs, conducting quality checks, and communicating with supervisors. No prior experience or education required. Basic math and computer skills required.
Requirements
- Monitor and document HACCP and SSOPs
- Monitor and document GMPs
- Calibrate scales daily
- Conduct quality checks and rechecks
- Perform metal detector checks
- Verify finished product, packaging, and labeling
- Calculate ratios and defects percentages
