Job Description
Ensure raw product meets specification prior to being processed for its assigned use. Monitor and document HACCP and SSOPs, GMPs, and perform quality checks and rechecks.
Requirements
- Monitor and document HACCP and SSOPs.
- Monitor and document GMPs.
- Calibrate scales daily.
- Conduct appropriate quality checks and rechecks as specified by the type of raw product.
- Perform metal detector checks to identify foreign material.
- Perform verification on finished product, packaging and labeling
- Calculate ratios and defects percentages.
- Communicate with supervisors upon discovery of out-of-specification products, and follow established procedure for handling out-of-specification products.
