QUALITY LEAD 2ND SHIFT

JBS is seeking an hourly 2nd SHIFT Quality Lead Team Member to conduct quality assurance testing, verify and accurately document products and raw materials, and lead a group of employees in inspection and quality procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification
• Experience in food manufacturing/and or quality
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual preferred
• Good math skills
• Must be well-organized with good attention to detail
• Display strong work ethics and positive attitude
• Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction
• Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance
