Gold Coast JCB - Shop Service Technician

Gold Coast JCB is seeking a Shop Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy machinery, aerial equipment, generators, and other equipment for construction, industrial, agricultural, and government applications.

Requirements

• Complete and turn in reports that capture all time and work completed, with clear notes.
• Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventive maintenance for customer and company machines.
• Assist and work with other technicians on complicated jobs and when required.
• Complete system audits and evaluations on machines.
• Assist with customers product clinics, field days, and related promotional events as needed.
• Review work orders for completeness and accuracy, for Service Manager to be able to close and process billing.
• Keep Service Department tools, equipment and company vehicles in good working and safe conditions.
• Practice and adhere to all safety policies and training.
• Maintain a clean and professional image according to JCB and Gold Coast JCB standards.
• Conduct business in alignment with company’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
