Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally with government contracting in the Cyber and IT space.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking and HR Information Systems, such as JazzHR and Bamboo HR.
- Experience in utilizing AI tools and methodologies in the recruiting process
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance at any level, if needed
