
Job description
Manage end-to-end delivery of global Talent Acquisition CoE projects across core pillars: Recruitment Channels and Top Talent Relationship. Partner with various teams to drive program success. Develop frameworks and best practices for consistency and quality across regions.
Define project scope, KPIs, and timelines; ensure on-time delivery aligned with organizational goals. Manage headhunting vendor relationships and maintain partnerships. Provide critical market intelligence to support recruitment strategies.
Requires 5+ years of experience in TA project management or TA Channel Management. Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects globally/regionally. Strong grasp of TA lifecycle metrics and operational levers.
