Job Description
The Maintenance Superintendent supports the Maintenance Manager in overseeing daily maintenance and reliability functions for the tissue plant, providing leadership to maintenance technicians and contractors, and ensuring timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role
- Proven track record of maintenance excellence
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
