Job Description
The Team Leader, Maintenance will manage and lead the Mechanical Maintenance crew to deliver results in key areas of safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, asset and human resource objectives and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Manage and lead the Mechanical Maintenance crew
- Coordinate scheduling of the Mechanical Maintenance crew
- Work in conjunction with the Maintenance Planner and Operations
- Develop and maintain a favourable employee relations climate
- Support the Department Managers and other site leaders
- Communicate fully with Manager, subordinates and others
