Team Leader, Maintenance

Seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the sawmill mechanical maintenance team in Dixfield, Maine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership in safety, quality, cost, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Provide leadership in safety, quality, cost, and employee engagement to the maintenance team.
• Supervise maintenance team of millwrights while working closely with other supervisors and managers.
• Meeting established production specifications, schedules and quality standards.
• Analyze production and maintenance trends to identify problems in order to recommend solutions to improve performance of machine centers.
• Support and ensure preventive maintenance program is on track.
• Prioritize maintenance repairs and modifications.
