
Job description
This position supports sales by conducting data analysis, managing resources, and fostering client relationships. It plays a critical role in achieving JD Power automotive sales objectives through effective analytical and client support functions.
Work with Account Executives to keep the Salesforce pipeline organized and current, collaborate with finance department, track and monitor monthly revenue deadlines, support Accounting and Finance, and collaborate with Account Executives and Product/Solution teams.
Account managers serve as advocates, troubleshooters, and strategic collaborators, playing a pivotal role in driving success and fostering growth for both clients and JD Power alike. The candidate will be exposed to all JD Power products and services over time and will maintain a working knowledge of each.
