Scheduler, Mission Critical

We're seeking a Scheduler to join our Advanced Facilities Group. The Scheduler will prepare project schedules, visit job sites, and assist with training. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of scheduling experience and a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

Requirements

• Ability to perform work accurately, completely, and in a timely manner
• Communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications
• Ability to recognize, during job site visits, where there are schedule sequencing areas of concern and where sequencing improvements can occur
• Knowledge of schedule logic and sequence
• Knowledge of means and methods of construction management
• Proficiency in scheduling software
• Knowledge of Lean process and philosophy
• Ability to import schedules into JE Dunn’s standard scheduling software
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with team members
• Ability to effectively collaborate as a team, both internally and externally
