Job Description
As a Scheduler, you will manage time and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, collaborating with the project team to create timetables and coordinate across Operations.
Requirements
- B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related technical area
- 5+ years' experience schedule on mid-large scale commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction systems and trade sequencing
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proficient using scheduling software including cost loaded scheduling, P6 and ASTA
- Ability to conduct technical schedule reviews and analysis
- Collaborative approach to leading projects
