We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team covering the UK and Benelux regions. The ideal candidate has 6-18 months of BD experience in a quota-carrying role, ideally within a SaaS or software environment, and is a native English speaker with fluency in Dutch being a strong advantage.
Requirements
- 6–18 months of BD experience in a quota-carrying role, ideally within a SaaS or software environment.
- Native English speaker required; fluency in Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Experience with outbound prospecting, including cold calling and email outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated to develop a career in sales and succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Highly coachable with a growth mindset, eager to learn from feedback and continuously improve outreach and qualification skills.
- Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, 6sense, or other buyer-intent and outreach platforms is a plus.
