Sensory Design is an AI-driven Innovation Lab seeking a Business Development Representative in Italy to support outbound sales, lead qualification, partnerships scouting, and early-stage client relationships in the Italian market.
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or similar commercial roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in speaking with decision-makers (B2B environment)
- Ability to work with CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Structured mindset: follow-up discipline, pipeline hygiene, documentation
- Interest in AI, digital products, or innovation-driven environments
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
- German is a plus
- An existing client portfolio is a plus, but execution ability beats the number of contacts
