Head of Growth Social & AI (Performance-Based)

Jeenka is a digital innovation partner working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and artificial intelligence. We are launching a new, next-generation social model that combines human creativity with AI, and we are looking for a Head of Growth Social & AI to lead the go-to-market and commercial growth of this new model.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth, business development, or sales in social, digital, or tech-enabled environments
• Strong commercial mindset with hands-on deal-closing ability
• Ability to sell innovative, non-standard solutions
• Comfort working in lean, high-accountability settings
• Fluency in English and Italian (German is a plus)
• Experience with performance-based or entrepreneurial roles
