Job Description
We are seeking a Growth Analyst - Insights & Analytics to help fuel our marketplace expansion by analyzing data and providing recommendations to improve ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, experience with large volumes of data, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelorās or Masterās in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a quantitative discipline.
- At least 0-2 years experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data.
- Exposure to pricing, discounts, or marketplace/on-demand business models is a plus, especially in mobility, e-commerce, or platform environments
- Basic understanding of statistics and experimentation concepts (A/B testing, metrics, KPIs)
- Strong SQL and Excel skills. Experience with Python or R is a plus
- Experience with some BI tools and data visualization like Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- Exposure to CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, Clevertap) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills; able to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
