Job Description
We are looking for a Growth Manager - Insights & Analytics to join our commercial team and drive high-impact growth initiatives and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a quantitative discipline.
- At least 5 years experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data.
- Solid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with A/B testing.
- Amazing SQL and Excel skills.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with some BI tools and data visualization like Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
- Experience with CRM tools (Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, Clevertap) and/or marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication skills; able to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
