Solutions Engineer

Jeeves is a financial operating system that provides corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management software. The company operates across 20+ countries and serves over 5,000 clients globally. As a Solutions Engineer, you will bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer needs, guiding prospects through discovery and crafting tailored demonstrations.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer / Consultant role within a SaaS financial technology or ERP-related company
• Strong understanding of financial systems and processes
• Familiarity with SaaS solution selling and conducting technical discovery
• Experience engaging with enterprise clients and navigating complex deal cycles
• Deep understanding of ERP or financial software workflows (AP/AR, expense management, GL structures, month-end close)
• Ability to translate business needs into product solutions
• Clear and confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
• English fluency required; additional Spanish or Portuguese a plus
