VP of People & Culture

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of People & Culture to serve as the architect of our workforce strategy. The ideal candidate will be a C-suite caliber leader with a focus on business systems thinking and the ability to translate complex clinical missions into a high-performance people strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development is strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of full HR lifecycle functions, multi-site management, compensation strategy, and employment law
• Experience leading organizational change with structured management technology
• Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
