Job Description
The Family Support Caseworker position is responsible for coordinating case management, care planning, and referrals for individuals eligible for Colorado’s Medicaid Waivers and Family Support Services Program (FSSP).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Three (3) years of work-related experience
- Valid Colorado driver’s license
