Support Services Specialist - Human Services

The Support Services Specialist is responsible for performing daily duties throughout the building, including building and breaking down cubicles, distributing toners for copiers and printers, moving employees, assembling furniture, and setting up and breaking down conference rooms. The role also assists with accounts receivable and requires a valid driver's license.

Requirements

• Build and break down cubicles
• Work with Support Services Leads and Supervisor for additional assignments and coordination of duties
• Maintain inventory of equipment and furniture
• Follow directions to assemble furniture
• Set up conference rooms
• Drive county vehicle to and perform work at our Head Start locations
• Provide building support
• Prioritize workload to accomplish multiple demands
• Fill in, when necessary to provide mail courier services
• Relocate staff upon request and arrange timelines to be least disruptive to work flow
• Perform miscellaneous duties, such as food drive, toy drive and holiday decorations
• Provide support services to the Accounts Receivable department
• Maintain recycling
• Work collaboratively with other members of the department
• Handle other duties and responsibilities as assigned
