Customer Service Representative

JELD-WEN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, making changes to orders, and dealing with associated departments. Interaction with the customer takes place in a business office setting via email, phone, and/or fax.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Post-secondary education considered an asset
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingualism is considered an asset
