Group Lead

JELD-WEN is seeking a Group Lead to oversee daily operations on the production floor, coordinating team activities, maintaining production flow, and ensuring quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement through Lean management principles.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems effectively
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
• Advanced computer skills and ability to use visual management tools
