Job Description
The Group Lead is responsible for the overall performance, coordination, and execution of multiple departments within Load Cell Manufacturing. This role provides leadership to Team Leads and ensures alignment to safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement objectives.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience; electronic assembly experience preferred
- Prior leadership experience supporting multiple teams or functions
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
