Job Description
JELD-WEN is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to develop and grow customer relationships, identify and advance sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth within an assigned territory while operating remotely.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 4 years of total relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively present information one on one or in small groups
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong phone presence and outbound calling skills
- Ability to consistently achieve performance and sales targets
