As an Account Manager, you'll manage the daily workflow and be the bridge between our internal teams and our partner institutions.
Requirements
- Production Schedule Management: Develop comprehensive production schedules and continually monitor progress against milestones.
- Task Coordination: Input and follow up on all project related tasks in for internal team leads following the project schedule.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients and internal teams.
- Quality Control: Review all projects before passing to a client to ensure it meets the project goals, client expectations, and are error free.
- Budget Oversight: Review digital marketing plans to ensure they are spending accurately and are within budget.
- Meeting Facilitation: Maintain all meeting agendas (both internally and externally).
- Production Oversight: Manage communications and relationships with vendors on any physical deliverables.
