Requirements
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve or exceed annual revenue and growth targets
- Manage and coach a team of sales directors to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with commercial airlines
- Attract, retain, and enable a team of experienced sales professionals
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor messaging and product positioning for the Latin American market
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings throughout the region
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility of the assigned region through CRM tools
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform regional and global sales strategies
- Partner with channel and distribution partners as appropriate to expand market reach
