Manager, Upstream Accounting

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Upstream Accounting to help lead our upstream financial operations. This role requires deep technical expertise in reserves accounting, impairment testing, depletion calculations, and acquisition integration, along with strong proficiency in BOLO accounting software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in upstream oil and gas accounting
• Strong proficiency in BOLO and other industry-specific accounting systems
• Experience with SAP
• Expertise in reserves accounting, impairment testing, and depletion methodologies
• Proven experience with accounting integration
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
