Job Description
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at Ekke Nordic Kitchen, a Nordic restaurant in the City of London. The successful candidate will be a team player, open-minded, and creative, with previous experience in Nordic cuisine an advantage. The role involves organizing food production, running service, ordering and stock rotation, staff training, and ensuring food safety procedures are followed.
Requirements
