Job Description
Trio Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide admissions and care for Home Health patients in the Denton, TX area. This position involves performing admissions, administering nursing care, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and assuming responsibility for coordination of care. PRN/Per diem schedule is anticipated.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong assessment and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
