Job Description
Klarus Home Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join their PRN/Per Diem team, providing admissions and nursing care for patients in their homes. The role involves coordinating care with the team, coordinating patient/family needs, and assuming responsibility for coordinated care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
- Current Driver's License.
- Two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
- One-year full-time home health experience preferred (not required).
