Weekend Admissions RN - Home Health

Klarus Home Health/Jet Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses for full-time, part-time, or per-diem positions to complete admissions for new Home Health patients. The role involves providing nursing care in patient's homes, coordinating care with the healthcare team, and assuming responsibility for coordinating care. This position requires a strong commitment to patient well-being.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Current Driver's License
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with infection control measures (OSHA)
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations
• Good interpersonal skills
