Job Description
Klarus Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses for temporary, weekend nursing assignments in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities include admissions for new Home Health patients, coordination of care with interdisciplinary groups, and ensuring patient/family needs are met. Home Health Home Base (HCHB) knowledge is preferred.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current state RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Two years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
- One-year full-time home health experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of OASIS (highly preferred)
- Strong assessment and clinical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills
- Work a flexible schedule and travel locally
- Reliable transportation
- Valid and current auto liability insurance
