Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Trio Home Health & Hospice / Jet Health Inc. is looking for compassionate and dedicated CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistants) to provide ADL visit services for our community-based patients who are currently enrolled in our hospice services in the Denton, TX (Denton County) and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Successful completion of state-established training and competency evaluation programs.
• At least one year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• One year of home health or hospice experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently.
• Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail, and impaired.
• Current CPR certification.
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrates tact, patience, and good personal hygiene.
