Job Description
JetBlue is looking for an Analyst Loyalty Redemptions to develop and execute overall strategy for TrueBlue point redemptions and point sales, optimizing the customer redemption experience and managing marketing activities to drive revenue growth and strengthen engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or related field
- One year of analytical quantitative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as quantitative critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word
