Analyst System Operations Strategy & Analytics

The System Operations Strategy and Analytics Analyst provides operational support to the JetBlue System Operations Center (SOC) enhancing data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Analyze JetBlue's operational performance and assess constraints that impact efficiency.
• Drive the development and adoption of capabilities, dashboards, and decision-support tools to enhance operational efficiency in the SOC and the broader JetBlue operation.
• Partner with and liaise between operating groups to align tactical execution and strategic objectives.
• Act as a key liaison between operational teams and data experts, applying a holistic view to develop and implement policies, strategies, processes, and technologies that address large-scale challenges while aligning with operational reliability and efficiency goals.
