Job Description
The Senior Analyst Accounts Payable leads day-to-day payables operations to ensure accurate, timely payments to business partners while maintaining strong internal controls.
Requirements
- Act as subject matter expert for accounts payable processes, controls, and systems
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues; manage exceptions and escalate risks as appropriate
- Support third-party shared services through guidance, issue resolution, and training
- Maintain and monitor internal controls and compliance with company policies
- Assist with monthly close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations
- Prepare and provide reports and analyses to Finance leadership and business partners
- Collaborate with Financial Accounting and International Tax on cross-functional initiatives and projects
- Support the Accounts Payable Manager, Financial Accounting in a variety of other projects and ad hoc requests
- Work closely with all General Managers and Business Partners on ad hoc requests
