Senior Analyst Schedule Reliability & Optimization

The Schedule Reliability and Optimization team works with all of the various operating groups on projects involving schedule analytics, line of flight analysis, schedule optimization and block time forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Quantitative Analysis, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
• Three (3) years of analytical experience with proven ability to analyze, compare, evaluate, reconcile and order data
• Expert-level proficiency with database querying (e.g., SQL) and/or high-level programming language(s) such as Python, or R
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Spotfire)
• Have a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication ability
• Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
