Sales Director - Eastern Europe

Jetfly is a market leader in business aviation based in Luxembourg. The company is looking for a Sales Director to strengthen its Sales Department and expand its presence in Eastern Europe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, client relationship management, or a luxury client-facing role
• Native-level in the local language and fluent English (written and spoken) are required; additional European languages are a plus
• Demonstrating discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• High degree of autonomy, maturity, and professionalism
• Proven negotiation skills and commercial acumen
• Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbally and written
• Experience using CRM platforms (Pipedrive, Salesforce, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
