New Studio Opening Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to manage all aspects of new franchise studio openings, ensuring each location is fully prepared for operational success. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years in operations, client services, training, project management, or boutique fitness management
• Proven experience in boutique fitness and proficiency in Mindbody required
• Proficiency in learning management systems platforms and project management tools
• Strong communication, training, and interpersonal skills; capable of influencing and motivating others
