Job Description
The New Studio Openings Project Manager will oversee the opening process for new JETSET Pilates studios, collaborating with various teams and guiding franchise owners to ensure operational success. The role involves project leadership, coaching, cross-department collaboration, and operational systems management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, client services, training, project management, or boutique fitness management
- Proven experience in boutique fitness and proficiency in Mindbody required
- Proficiency in learning management systems platforms and project management tools
- Strong communication, training, and interpersonal skills
