Job Description
As a Customer Success Representative, you'll guide homeowners through every step of their journey from signing on with Jetson to system installation, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. You'll collaborate with internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently and proactively manage customer expectations and deliverables.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or a related field
- Excellent communicator in English
- Experience working in a CRM system
- Comfort working in a startup or growth-stage environment
