Job Description
The Jewish Community Campus is seeking a Building Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair building equipment, performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and interior maintenance, as well as exterior cleaning and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in commercial building maintenance and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Light plumbing maintenance
- Lighting and electrical maintenance
- Carpentry, drywall, and painting
- Outdoor grounds maintenance
- Cleaning and maintenance of equipment in commercial kitchens
- Interior trash pick-up and other cleaning as needed
- Ability to assist Building Engineer as needed
