Job Description
Jiffy Lube is seeking qualified Automotive Assistants/Managers to oversee their stores, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain the highest standards of quality. The role involves team leadership, sales support, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Comprehensive training from Jiffy Lube University is provided.
Requirements
- Previous experience with dealerships, shops, tire centers, or quick lubes
- High school diploma or GED (college courses are an option)
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Computer skills for POS invoicing, transactions, payments, and promotions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
