We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead a team and inspire customers in our new store in Barcelona. Key responsibilities include developing sales, providing training, and ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a manager or reference person in a team
• Experience in the optics sector is ideal
• Organizational skills, communication skills, customer service skills and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish, with knowledge of English or French is ideal
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong commercial skills
• Positive attitude and cheerful character
