Job Description
Tropicfeel is seeking a Store Manager for its Barcelona store. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail customer service, team management, and stock management. The role involves leading the store's daily operations, customer experience, team development, and execution of campaigns.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail-oriented customer service
- Experience managing teams of at least 3 people
- Experience in stock management, inventory, and scheduling
- Excellent social skills
- Strong commercial focus and customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish (written and verbal)
- Good level of English and/or Catalan is valued
