We are seeking a Level One Network Operations Engineer to join our Ops Desk team, working on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, with a generous 25% shift allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Proactively monitor customer networks via our internal monitoring system, investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
- Provide incident management and technical resolution of 1st line network and security related faults and prompt escalation to 2nd line when required
- Accept, agree and carry out tasks assigned by the team leader as related to the team's primary objectives
- Provide end to end incident management throughout the incident lifecycle
