Accounting Manager - Billing

The Accounting Manager, Billing oversees invoicing, driver payments, third-party invoice processing, and month-end reconciliation for domestic household goods (HHG) and warehousing services. This role ensures accurate revenue capture within the correct financial period and supports contract compliance through shipment rate calculations and billing audits.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in job costing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Windows
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative approach
