Analista de Infraestrutura

We are seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to provide administrative, analytical and operational support to the Facilities area, ensuring effective tracking of contractual routines, call management, indicator control and interface with stakeholders. The role requires corporate environment experience and practical knowledge of facilities processes. The ideal candidate will have a higher education in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management or related areas, and proven experience in the Facilities, Real Estate Administration, Workplace or operational support area.

Requirements

• Higher education in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management or related areas.
• Proven experience in the Facilities, Real Estate Administration, Workplace or operational support area.
• Corporate environment experience, including processes, service management and inspection.
• Experience with call control, indicator preparation, report writing and interface with suppliers.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
