Analista de Infraestrutura

As an Infrastructure Analyst (Facilities) at JLL, you will play a critical role in managing facilities operations for our corporate clients, ensuring operational standards are met and key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved or exceeded.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Facilities Management, or related fields
• Proven experience in facilities management, service provider coordination, and property operations
• Solid knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical) and infrastructure maintenance
• Financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and expense analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and focus on results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with clients and suppliers
